Concord

Located 31 miles east of San Francisco midway along the west coast of California is Concord, the largest city in Contra Costa County. Downtown Concord is dominated by the Todos Santos Plaza, venue to farmer’s markets, concerts and a multitude of restaurants. Concord is bordered by Pleasant Hill, Pacheco (west), Walnut Creek (south), Clayton (south east), Pittsburg, Bay Point (north east) and Clyde (north). Concord is home to the annual Concord Jazz Festival and is the home town of actor, Tom Hanks.

The National Car rental branch in Concord is located at Buchanan Field Airport which no longer operates as a commercial flight centre.
