Key West

Key West is the largest and richest city in Florida and the southernmost city in Continental USA. It is a seaport destination for many cruise ships, has its own airport (The Key West International Airport) and is where routes United States Highway 1 (the Overseas Highway), State Road A1A and the East Coast Greenway all end.

When you visit Florida’s Key West you will probably spend most of your time among the lanes of the Old Town or on Duval Street - which is just a mile long but is often called the longest street in the world because it starts at the Atlantic and ends at the Gulf of Mexico. Key West is particularly renowned for its water-based activities and attractions which include saltwater fishing, swimming with dolphins, boat tours of the backcountry flats, kayaking and scuba diving the city’s world class wrecks or reefs. The Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square is a daily spectacle for visitors to the region.

The National Car Rental branch in Key West is downtown at 2516 North Roosevelt Boulevard.
