There are exceptions to this policy for the locations listed below:

Israel
United Kingdom
Additional Driver

To qualify as an Additional Driver, the renter must show a valid driving licence at time of rental and be at least 21 years of age.

Additional drivers on cash rentals must have a credit card (See Cash, Renting With).

An Additional Driver fee is required at most locations.

Locations in Canada, the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean have unlimited additional drivers.

A maximum of 2 additional drivers is permitted per rental for all other locations.

There is an extra fee for each additional driver on a reservation.


Israel
Additional drivers on cash rentals do not need a credit card.


United Kingdom
Additional driver charge is GBP 6.19 per day + vat per additional driver. There is a maximum charge of £60+VAT. Additional drivers must be over 21. All additional drivers must meet the age and license requirements set out below.
